ALL returns require a supplied Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

  • No merchandise/goods purchased from may be returned without a RGA.
  • All Return Goods Authorization (RGA) requests must be submitted within 30 days from customer’s purchase date.
  • All returned merchandise/goods must be received in original packaging by to receive refund.
  • Refund will be provided by within 5 business days.
  • A 15% or greater restocking charge will apply to all acceptable returns.

Steps to your return your merchandise/goods.
