Returns:

ALL HardwareCapitol.com returns require a HardwareCapitol.com supplied Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

  • No merchandise/goods purchased from HardwareCapitol.com may be returned without a HardwareCapitol.com RGA.
  • All Return Goods Authorization (RGA) requests must be submitted within 30 days from customer’s HardwareCapitol.com purchase date.
  • All returned merchandise/goods must be received in original packaging by HardwareCapitol.com to receive refund.
  • Refund will be provided by HardwareCapitol.com within 5 business days.
  • A 15% or greater restocking charge will apply to all acceptable returns.

  1. Complete the HardwareCapitol.com Contact Us form at https://www.hardwarecapitol.com/contact-us/ to receive RGA. To increase service please consider providing photo documentation of received merchandise/goods.
  2. You will receive an email from HardwareCapitol.com containing a RGA and return shipping label.
  3. Print return shipping label provided from HarewareCapitol.com RGA email.
  4. Your refund will be applied to original transaction card by HardwareCapitol.com within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise/goods in original packaging by HardwareCapitol.com.

Warranty:

HardwareCapitol.com honors all manufacturer’s warranties as specifically listed on manufacturer website.

  1. Complete the HardwareCapitol.com Contact Us form at https://www.hardwarecapitol.com/contact-us/.
  2. Photo documentation must be submitted through contact form. Photos must include original manufacturer’s packaging, HardwareCapitol.com packaging and photos of warranty related concern. To increase service please be sure photos are taken in good lighting.
  3. Accurate and thoughtful explanation of reasoning behind warranty request.
